What is Mysterious Lotus Casebook about?

Ten years ago, Li Xiangyi, the brilliant young leader of a powerful martial sect, vanished along with his rival Di Feisheng after a duel at sea. Now he lives quietly as Li Lianhua, a mild-mannered country doctor who travels the land in a horse-drawn wooden house called the Lotus Tower and keeps his past to himself. When Fang Duobing, a wealthy young man desperate to become a hero, crashes into his life, Li Lianhua is pulled back into the martial world. Joined later by Di Feisheng, the unlikely trio solve a string of strange cases that slowly lead back to what really happened ten years ago.

Based on the novel: 《吉祥纹莲花楼》 by Teng Ping (藤萍).
